Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

Holistique Harmony Training (HHT) is committed to providing exceptional training experiences. This refund and cancellation policy applies to all training programs offered by HHT.

Cancellation Before Program Start

More than 14 days before start: Full refund minus AED 500 administrative fee. 7–14 days: 75% refund. 3–6 days: 50% refund. Less than 3 days: No refund (transfer to future session may be available).

Withdrawal After Program Start

Within first 10% of program duration: 50% refund of remaining fees. 10–25%: 25% refund. After 25%: No refund. Students may be eligible to transfer to a future session within 12 months.

Non-Refundable Items

Registration fees, training kits already provided, examination fees submitted to accreditation bodies (CIBTAC, City & Guilds, etc.), and third-party fees already disbursed.

Refund Process

Submit a written request to admin@hhtme.com with your enrollment details. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
