Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Holistique Harmony Training (HHT) is committed to providing exceptional training experiences. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this refund and cancellation policy to protect both our students and our institution.

This policy applies to all training programs offered by HHT, including short courses, diploma programs, corporate training, and online courses. By enrolling in any program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Cancellation Before Program Start

If you need to cancel your enrollment before the program start date, the following schedule applies:

• More than 14 days before start: Full refund minus AED 500 administrative fee
• 7–14 days before start: 75% refund of program fees
• 3–6 days before start: 50% refund of program fees
• Less than 3 days before start: No refund (transfer to future session may be available)

3. Withdrawal After Program Start

Once a program has commenced, the following withdrawal terms apply:

• Within the first 10% of program duration: 50% refund of remaining fees
• 10–25% of program duration: 25% refund of remaining fees
• After 25% of program duration: No refund

Students who withdraw may be eligible to transfer their enrollment to a future session of the same program, subject to availability and within 12 months of the original enrollment date.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following fees and items are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Registration and administrative fees
• Training kits and materials already provided
• Examination and certification fees already submitted to accreditation bodies (CIBTAC, City & Guilds, etc.)
• Any third-party fees or deposits already disbursed on behalf of the student

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a written refund request to admin@hhtme.com or visit our office in person
2. Include your full name, enrollment ID, program name, and reason for withdrawal
3. Return any training materials, kits, or equipment in good condition
4. Our admissions team will process your request within 5 business days

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned via the original payment method. For Tabby or Tamara installment payments, refunds will follow the respective provider's refund process.

6. Program Cancellation by HHT

In the rare event that HHT cancels a program, enrolled students will be offered:

• Transfer to the next available session of the same program at no additional cost
• A full refund of all fees paid, including registration fees, processed within 14 business days

7. Installment Plan Cancellation

For students enrolled under an installment plan, cancellation will result in the immediate termination of the plan. Any outstanding balance will be calculated based on the withdrawal schedule above, and the student will be liable for fees proportional to the program duration completed.

For Tabby and Tamara buy-now-pay-later arrangements, cancellation terms are subject to the respective provider's policies in addition to HHT's terms.

8. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government directives, pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control), HHT reserves the right to modify program delivery (e.g., switch to online), reschedule programs, or issue credit notes for future enrollment. Refund terms may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis at HHT's discretion.
