Data Retention Policy

Introduction

This policy explains how long Holistique Harmony Training retains personal data. We comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.

Student Records

Student enrollment records, transcripts, and certification data are retained for 10 years after the last date of enrollment.

Financial Records

Invoices, payment history, and transaction details are retained for 7 years per UAE commercial law.

Marketing

Marketing consent is retained until you withdraw it. Unsubscribe anytime via email links or by contacting us.

CCTV

CCTV footage from Pyramid Center premises is retained for 30 days before automatic deletion.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact dpo@hhtme.com.

Holistique Harmony Training is not currently registered for UAE VAT, so no Tax Registration Number (TRN) applies.
