Introduction
This policy explains how long Holistique Harmony Training retains personal data. We comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.
Student Records
Student enrollment records, transcripts, and certification data are retained for 10 years after the last date of enrollment.
Financial Records
Invoices, payment history, and transaction details are retained for 7 years per UAE commercial law.
Marketing
Marketing consent is retained until you withdraw it. Unsubscribe anytime via email links or by contacting us.
CCTV
CCTV footage from Pyramid Center premises is retained for 30 days before automatic deletion.
Your Rights

Holistique Harmony Training is licensed by the Dubai Department of Economic Development (Trade Licence DED-1026968) and permitted by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA Training Permit 630361). Holistique Harmony Training is not currently registered for UAE VAT, so no Tax Registration Number (TRN) applies.
