All program enrollments are subject to availability and payment of applicable fees. Full payment or approved payment plan is required to confirm enrollment. Refund policies vary by program and are outlined in your enrollment agreement.

Academic Policies

Students must maintain minimum attendance requirements (70% for all programs) and meet academic standards to receive certification. The institute reserves the right to modify program content, schedules, and policies as needed.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided by Holistique Harmony are protected by copyright. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission.

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional behavior, respect fellow students and staff, and adhere to hygiene and safety standards. Violations may result in disciplinary action including suspension or expulsion.

Limitation of Liability

Holistique Harmony provides educational services on an as-is basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific program.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE.
