1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Holistique Harmony Training ("HHT", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website www.hhtme.com or enrolling in our training programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
2. Services Offered
HHT operates as a premier technical and vocational education institute:
2.1 Training Academy
Professional beauty therapy and wellness education programs accredited by CIBTAC, DHA, KHDA, and City & Guilds. Our 69 training programs cover 8 categories including beauty therapy, spa treatments, nail technology, makeup artistry, and specialized wellness certifications.
2.2 Corporate & Institutional Training
Bespoke corporate training programs designed for hotels, spas, salons, and organizations across the GCC. Custom curriculum development, on-site delivery, and measurable outcomes.
3. Training Program Enrollment
3.1 Eligibility
Enrollment is open to individuals who meet the minimum age requirement (18 years or older unless accompanied by a guardian) and any specific prerequisites for the chosen program. Some programs may require proof of prior education or certification.
3.2 Registration and Payment
- Full program fees must be paid before the start date unless a payment plan has been approved in writing
- A non-refundable registration fee of AED 500 is required to secure your enrollment
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash at our office
- All fees are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams)
3.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 30+ days before program start: Full refund minus registration fee
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before start: 50% refund of program fees
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before start or after program commencement: No refund
- Transfers to future program dates may be permitted subject to availability and a AED 300 administrative fee
3.4 Attendance and Completion Requirements
- Minimum 90% attendance is required for certification eligibility
- Students must complete all assessments and practical examinations
- Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of all program requirements
- HHT reserves the right to withhold certification if requirements are not met
4. Corporate Training Engagements
4.1 Corporate Program Terms
- Corporate training engagements are governed by individual service agreements between HHT and the client organization
- Custom curriculum development requires a minimum lead time of 4 weeks prior to delivery
- On-site training is available across the UAE and GCC subject to travel and logistics arrangements
- Group sizes and program schedules are agreed upon in writing before commencement
4.2 Corporate Cancellation Policy
- Corporate program cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled start date
- Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will incur a 50% program fee
- Rescheduling is permitted with at least 7 days advance notice at no additional cost
- Custom materials and certifications are non-refundable once produced
4.3 Health and Safety
- All training programs comply with DHA and KHDA health and safety standards
- Students must follow all safety protocols during practical training sessions
- HHT provides all necessary personal protective equipment for practical sessions
- Students with allergies or medical conditions must inform instructors before practical sessions
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, training materials, and software, is the property of HHT or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Training materials provided during courses are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed
- The HHT name, logo, and branding elements are registered trademarks and may not be used without permission
- Photographs or videos taken during training or services may be used for marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- HHT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or program
- We do not guarantee specific results from training programs or certifications
- Students and clients assume responsibility for their own health, safety, and professional outcomes
7. Code of Conduct
All students, clients, and visitors are expected to:
- Treat all staff, instructors, and fellow students/clients with respect
- Maintain professional behavior at all times on HHT premises
- Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
HHT reserves the right to refuse service or terminate enrollment for violations of this code of conduct without refund.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
9. Changes to Terms
HHT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
